Terms of Service for Argentoom FZE LLC

Welcome to Argentoom FZE LLC ("Argentoom," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all games, applications, websites, and services operated by Argentoom, including but not limited to our mobile apps, instant games, and any associated content (collectively, the "Services").

By downloading, accessing, or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

  1. Definitions

  • "Apps": Mobile and web applications, including instant games, developed and operated by Argentoom.

  • "Content": Any text, images, sounds, video, interactive features, game elements, and virtual goods accessible through our Services.

  • "Device": Any compatible mobile phone, tablet, computer, or similar technology.

  • "User" or "You": Anyone who downloads, installs, accesses, or uses our Services.

  • "Virtual Goods": In-app or in-game items such as tokens, currencies, upgrades, or customizations.

  1. License to Use Argentoom grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services solely for your personal and non-commercial use. This license does not grant you any ownership or intellectual property rights in the Services or Content.

  2. Restrictions You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, or reverse engineer our Apps or Services.

  • Use our Services for data mining, scraping, or AI model training.

  • Sell or transfer Virtual Goods outside the Service.

  • Upload or distribute any Unacceptable Content as defined herein.

  1. Instant Games Our Services may include instant games accessible via third-party platforms such as messaging apps or social media. These instant games are subject to these Terms and any additional rules or conditions shown within the game itself.

  2. In-App Purchases Some features and Virtual Goods may require payment. Payments are processed by third-party platforms (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store, or social media platforms). Argentoom does not offer refunds for purchases made through these platforms unless required by applicable law.

  3. Virtual Goods Virtual Goods do not have any real-world value and may not be exchanged outside the Services. Argentoom reserves the right to modify, remove, or discontinue Virtual Goods at any time without notice or liability.

  4. Content and User Conduct You are responsible for any content you share, upload, or create within our Services. You agree not to:

  • Engage in illegal or harmful activities.

  • Harass or threaten others.

  • Post offensive, obscene, or discriminatory content.

  • Infringe any intellectual property rights. Argentoom reserves the right to remove any content or suspend accounts at our sole discretion.

  6. Disclaimers THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ARGENTOOM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

  7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Argentoom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services.

  8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ajman.

  9. Amendments We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
